Jericho Farmhouse prides itself on our pastured-fed, grain finished, dry aged beef. We know our customers want to ensure their supply of protein and we love to able to accommodate them with our whole and half beef.

With a whole beef you can expect to receive between 400-450 lbs which will include:

Filet Mignon
Ribeyes
NY Strip
Sirloin Steak
Round Steak
Brisket
Short Ribs
Roasts
Ground Beef and/or Hamburger Patties
Soup Bones
Organ Meat (if requested)
